Who We are
Daniela Alfaro
I love days with horses and I do them with love, respect and admiration. Opening doors of Marchadores del Uruguay is the best opportunity that life gives me to promote values and ensure a world with greater joy and well-being.
Economist (Msc) by training with an international professional career dedicated to agricultural development and trade issues for more than 20 years.
I currently study and promote the Wellbeing Economy, seeking to generate work and personal conditions that allow people to live full and satisfying lives.
My life has revolved around countryside, in a family where horses were the main reason for meeting and discussing. I have extensive experience and training on horse education to culminate in this beautiful activity of raising and living with horses in its natural environment.
Ben Alfa Petrazzini
I passionately defend the environment and ways of relating to animals based on respect, affection and a full awareness of the important place they play in our planet-earth home. Sharing knowledge and experiences about this “way of life” and its ethical and vital principles is the driving force of each of my days.
Sociologist and PhD in communications with more than 30 years dedicated to sustainable and equitable development in international organizations. I grew up between the city and the Sierras of Córdoba-Argentina, with extensive periods of my life of full immersion in nature studying and living its secrets..
Alana Tassino
Since my first memories I have been attracted to horses. They have been one of my great teachers and friends. They are part of my present, my dreams and passions.
In the field I spent hours with them, learning their language, knowing how to bond, wanting to be part of their herds. Throughout my life I have participated in courses related to horsemanship, dressage, health, management, everything that resonated with me and contributed to my development.
I like the concept of natural horsemanship to summarize what I can offer from my knowledge to promote a good human-horse bond, from ground and mounted. Open to changes that adapt to animal and human well-being, always seeking for our relationship to be natural, free, with mutual respect and consideration.
Willy Pereira
Since I was 9 years old I have worked the land with great dedication, respect and love. I enjoy long days cultivating and caring of land. I love my family.
