Who We are

Alana Tassino
Since my first memories I have been attracted to horses. They have been one of my great teachers and friends. They are part of my present, my dreams and passions.
In the field I spent hours with them, learning their language, knowing how to bond, wanting to be part of their herds. Throughout my life I have participated in courses related to horsemanship, dressage, health, management, everything that resonated with me and contributed to my development.
I like the concept of natural horsemanship to summarize what I can offer from my knowledge to promote a good human-horse bond, from ground and mounted. Open to changes that adapt to animal and human well-being, always seeking for our relationship to be natural, free, with mutual respect and consideration.
Dalmiro Silva
Dalmiro is a horse educator with more than 40 years of experience in the training, correction, and development of working and breeding horses. His presence is distinguished by a rare combination of calmness, firmness, and confidence—qualities that inspire trust in both horses and people.
At Marchadores del Uruguay, Dalmiro plays a fundamental role in the education of the Mangalarga Marchador, guiding their development with patience, sensitivity, and deep respect for the animal. His approach is based on careful observation, appropriate timing, and the cultivation of a solid bond, fostering balanced, confident, and reliable horses.
His quiet optimism and practical wisdom, shaped through decades of work in the countryside, make him an essential reference in the education of our horses and in the transmission of an equestrian culture grounded in respect and harmony.
